Due to the nature of our charitable work, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, as your contribution goes towards funding vital programs that benefit the community. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase. We are committed to addressing any concerns and ensuring your experience with us is positive. If you have made an error in your order or wish to amend your donation, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
